Last week, the Spring Hill FFA livestock judging team competed for a national title in Indianapolis, Indiana. They were recognized as a Gold ranking team and were 13th in the nation! The team consisted of Cooper Plyler, Anna Sweat, Kiersten Priddy, and Gatlin Priddy. Cooper and Anna were ranked Gold individuals, and Kiersten and Gatlin were ranked Silver individuals. Cooper was the second highest individual in the beef division, and the team placed 8th in reasons.

THANK YOU so much for allowing your child to participate in mini cheer camp! We will have our practices in the high school gym starting TOMORROW October 22nd- Thursday, October 25th 3:20-5pm! Please send a snack and water with them. Please be at the high school gym by 5 to pick them up each day.
The mini cheerleaders will also cheer with the SHS cheerleaders at half time of Friday nights game. Their entry is paid by wearing their mini cheer shirt!

New BETA and NHS members dues are due Tuesday 11/12/24. BETA dues (new members ONLY) is $32, NHS is $25. These dues are for the National Associations of each, so the students can be recognized by them. Also these dues will be used to pay for graduation stoles (gold for beta, white for NHS).

A message from Nurse Tracey!


Spring Hill Juniors will take the ACT tomorrow, October 15th at Bethany Baptist Church. Students should go to their first period class and wait to be called out to go to the church. If a student does not have a first period class on campus they will need to be at Bethany Baptist Church by 8:15 a.m. in the morning. Pencils and calculators will be provided, but students may bring their own calculators.
The test will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.! The test should be over by the senior high lunch.
The make-up test date is October 29th for any student unable to test on October 15th.
