This week, we are proud to recognize Bo Young as our 7th and 8th grade Student of the Week! Despite facing the challenge of surgery, Bo showed incredible resilience and determination by returning to school with a positive attitude and no complaints. Not only did he stay on top of his assignments, but he also demonstrated dedication and perseverance in his studies. His hard work and unwavering commitment are truly inspiring. On February 12th, 13 girls from Mr. Plyler, Ms. Warren, and Mrs, Tatom's classes attended The SWAEC Girl Power 2025. This event, held at Ledwell in Texarkana, was all about empowering female students in grades 9-12 to explore non-traditional career paths in CNC cutting and lasering technology. Please join us in congratulating Kassidy Beasley and Sophie Robb for their big win‼️ ⭐️Kassidy Beasley placed 1st in the metal category. She received a $100 check, a $500 scholarship to UAHT, and a pair of gloves that were lazer engraved. ⭐️Sophie Robb placed 2nd in the Laser engraver category receiving a $50 check. We would like to thank everyone who participated in this event. These two individuals will move on to compete at the state level on February 26th.


School will resume normal hours tomorrow, February 20, 2025.

Due to below freezing temperatures and the possibility of extreme weather conditions and potentially dangerous road conditions, particularly on rural roads, school will be closed on Wednesday, February 19th to ensure the safety of our students and staff.
