Elementary 2024-2025 School Supply List
The July school board meeting has been postponed to a later date.
The cafeteria will not be serving breakfast or lunch next week (July 1-5).
Hey everyone this is Coach Porter. I had a lot of ladies come up to me after Volleyball practice today and say they could not make it to try outs the days I have scheduled. I am going to add two extra days for the ones that will not be able to make the original dates.
JV try outs will still be July 11th @ 8 AM
SV try outs will still be July 12th @ 8 AM
If you cannot make the original days which are July 11th and July 12th please let me know which add on day you are coming to. The add on days will be July 9th and July 13.
The two add on days will be July 9th @ 3 PM and July 13th @ 8 AM
These try outs will all be held at the Highschool gym and will be closed try outs.
Only players in the gym during try outs, no parents or other students.
Remember if you have not gotten a physical done from the school I will need one before you try out or I cannot guarantee you try out. If you have one done by the school please let me know so I can write your name down.
Volleyball practice this week is June 19-20 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm in the high school gym. Students can make it both days or one day. Message from: Paige Porter

Spring Hill School District is now accepting bids for Food/Non Food items, Bread, Milk, and Chemicals. The bid packets are available in the superintendent's office for pickup until June 17th. Please have them turned in by June 28th. Bids will be awarded on July 11th.

Unfortunately, due to current technology limitations, parents may not be able to easily fill in the Summer EBT application on their phone – they will likely need to use a computer/laptop to complete the application.
There is plenty of time to complete the application! Application deadline: August 26, 2024
Here are some ways a school can support parent access to a computer to complete the Summer EBT application, by suggesting that parents:
*Go to the school’s parent center and ask to use a computer or ask the school to print a copy of a blank application for them.
*Go to a local library to use a computer – request that the library waive the cost of printing the application/waive the cost of scanning the application to the DHS email address - summerEBT@dhs.arkansas.gov
*Go to local DHS office to receive a paper copy to fill out; turn in completed application to the DHS office or
