Shoutout to Our Amazing Secretary at the Elementary !
Behind every well-run school is a superstar in the front office — and for us, that’s Mrs. Britani! From welcoming students with a smile to keeping everything organized and running smoothly, she’s the heart of our school. Thank you for all the big and little things you do every single day — we appreciate you more than words can say!
Let’s all show some love in the comments below!

Some of the 8th Grade Honors students presented their Stephen Crane presentations this morning to the 7th Grade Honors Class. (The 8th grade just completed “The Red Badge of Courage” and had done research on categorizing the author’s various styles of writing.) GREAT JOB 8th grade!!

Today we recognize and celebrate the heart of our office—Renay May.💙💛
Your incredible organization, unwavering dedication, and positive spirit keep everything running smoothly day in and day out. Whether it’s juggling schedules, solving last-minute issues, or simply being a kind and steady presence, you do it all with grace and excellence.✨
Thank you, Renay, for all the big and little things you do that make a huge difference. We are so grateful for you! 💙💛

JR HIGH TRACK Schedule Update:
Due to the possibility of inclement weather late next week and at the request of several superintendents, the junior high conference meet has been moved to Monday, April 21. More info to follow...

Spring Hill Juniors and Seniors had a great opportunity last week! They got to visit with Mr. Ryan from the Heavy Equipment Operating Academy. He shared valuable information about careers in the trades, including job opportunities, salary expectations, and the length of their training program.
The academy offers hands-on training to help students master the skills needed for a successful career in heavy equipment operation. A big thank you to Mr. Ryan for taking the time to speak with our students!

Yesterday, we hosted "Get Real, Here’s the Deal" — a hands-on budgeting activity provided through the Hempstead County Cooperative Extension Service!
Community volunteers partnered with our Spring Hill High School juniors and seniors to help them experience real-world financial decision-making. Students “shopped” at stations like childcare, transportation, housing, and assets, making choices based on their assigned family size and income.
Thank you to our amazing volunteers and staff for supporting this valuable learning experience! 🙌 Also, thank you to our wonderful cafeteria staff for providing homemade sausage biscuits to our volunteers!

The softball game today has been moved to tomorrow at 4:30 at Mt. Pine. This is varsity only.

District Calendar for the 2025-2026 school year.

🌟✨ Community Service in Action! ✨🌟
Our talented high school art students had an amazing time this week giving back to our community! They teamed up with Mrs. McCain’s 1st graders to read the beloved story "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" 📚🍪 and then guided the little ones through a fun and creative art lesson! 🎨🖌️
It was heartwarming to see the interactions between our high school students and the 1st graders, filled with laughter, creativity, and learning. This collaboration not only enhanced the kids' love for reading and art but also strengthened the bonds within our Spring Hill community! 🤝❤️
A big thank you to everyone involved for making this event a great success! Let's continue to inspire each other through creativity and kindness!
