If you have never accessed HAC before for any of your students, you will need to login with an access code provided to you from the district via the HAC Notification Letter. This initial login will prompt you to set a password and security questions. At the elementary level, your student's teachers will distribute a letter to your students that they will bring home. At the high school level, letters should be in your student packet that are received at the beginning of each school year. Using the images below as a reference, start by clicking on the link labeled "Click Here to Register with Access Code" on the Home Access Center page.

Reference your HAC Notification letter and look for the access code where the red arrow is located on the image below.

Select "Spring Hill School District" from the drop down menu. Enter in the access code (enter in as it shows in the letter) and your student's birthday (only numbers). Once you get signed in, you will be prompted to set a password and security questions.

If your HAC Notification Letter does not contain an access code, then you have accessed HAC before and just need to login with your username (located in your letter) and password (you set this during the initial setup).

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to click on the link labeled "Forgot My Username or Password". You will need to have an email address on file with us to be able to use this feature. Please contact the school's office to update your contact information.

Select "Spring Hill School District" from the drop down menu and then enter in your username (located in your letter). You will receive an email from the HAC system. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within 5 to 10 minutes, please check your spam folders.
